Tee It Up for Scouting: Annual Golf Tournament Returns October 5

Dust off your clubs, stock up on extra balls, and mark your calendar for Monday, October 5. Our annual Golf Tournament is back, and this year all proceeds directly support local Scouting programs—helping provide leadership training, outdoor adventures, and character-building opportunities for youth across our community.

Whether your golf game resembles the PGA Tour or an extensive tour of the rough, there is a role for everyone:

Ways to Get Involved

• Be a Player: Step up to the tee, lose a ball, hunt for it in the woods, find someone else’s ball, and lose that one too. Competitive streaks and high-handicap hackers are equally welcome—it’s all about fellowship, fresh air, and backing a fantastic youth program.

• Be a Sponsor: If your swing belongs nowhere near open fairways, save your dignity, put your business front and center, and fund a trophy. Sponsoring a hole or contest directly funds essential gear, camperships, and badges for our local Scouts.

• Just Show Up: That’s truly the whole ask. Come out, support Scouting, and enjoy a day connecting with fellow members and friends on the green.
